Our responsibilities and accomplishments at several of these agencies are described below.

Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC)
L.A. Systems has been providing extensive mainframe systems services to the AOUSC for over 14 years. This includes support for a complete suite of mainframe hardware, operating systems and application software.

Our staff is responsible for the development, customization, installation and implementation of IBM operating systems and all proprietary software. We also provide assistance for disaster recovery, CICS support, security, storage management, and performance monitoring and tuning.

L.A. Systems also furnishes personnel who provide database management, report production and delivery, automation and scheduling and telecommunication support.

Department of Defense
We have supplied system programmers for almost 15 years to secure and non-secure accounts. Our personnel have installed and supported all aspects of an IBM z/OS environment. They also work with multiple communications and application software products and manage all aspects of the mainframe environment including system programming storage management and security.

Department of Homeland Security
L.A. Systems provides large-scale IBM mainframe, SMP and MPP systems support including operating systems and application development. We also have a full time Program Manager onsite who translates contract, financial and program management requirements into on time, bottom line results.

Internal Revenue Service
L.A. Systems has provided IT services for over 10 years as part of the Performance Engineering Team that supports architecture engineering, deployment and production support. This includes capacity planning, performance and program analysis, and development/maintenance of online and batch models.
